1. Services Provided

Cobb Tennis Community offers tennis and pickleball lessons, including group classes, private lessons, and other related services and events at the Fair Oaks Tennis Center. Our services are available through our Website, and all sign-ups must be completed via the Website.

2. Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, date of birth, email, phone number, and a photo. This is necessary to ensure proper identification and communication.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to block your account, cancel and refund your order, and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website (or any portion thereof).

3. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is processed through the following methods:

4. Acknowledgment of Risk

By participating in tennis and/or pickleball lessons or events organized by CTC, you acknowledge that these activities involve physical activity and there is a risk of injury. You agree that CTC is not liable for any injuries sustained during lessons or events. By participating, you waive your right to sue Cobb Tennis Community for any injuries incurred during participation.

5. Lesson and Class Cancellations

If a lesson is canceled due to rain, I will be sent the make-up form via email and I must select the make-up class offered on that form in-order to attend the make-up session. There will always be at least one make-up held on Friday, in the case of rain.

If I cannot attend the Friday makeup, I understand that there will not be another make-up the following week, and I will not receive a credit or refund.

If a Friday makeup is canceled due to rain, it will be rescheduled for the following Friday.

6. Availability and Payment Responsibility

When you sign up for classes, you are selecting the days you are available for lessons in that month. If your availability changes, you remain responsible for the full payment for the selected classes, regardless of attendance. All payments made are non-refundable.

By creating an account, you agree to receive important notifications from Cobb Tennis Community via SMS and email. These notifications may include reminders about your lessons, cancellations, makeup sessions, or other important updates.
