I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. SMS Notifications

   • If I do not OPT IN for SMS, I understand that I will not receive notifications about class cancellations due to rain, makeup lesson times, and other essential reminders.

2. Lesson Cancellation Due to Rain

   • If a lesson is canceled due to rain, I will be sent the make-up form via email, and I must select the Friday make-up class offered on that form to attend the make-up session. If I cannot attend the Friday makeup, I understand that there will not be another makeup the following week, and I will not receive a credit or refund.

   • If a Friday makeup is cancelled due to rain, it will be rescheduled for the following Friday.

   • A credit will only be issued if I’m already registered for the Friday make-up and cannot attend another due to a scheduling overlap. Here are two examples:
       i. If I’m registered for two classes in the same week and both are rained out, I’ll use the make-up form to schedule a Friday make-up for the first. I’ll receive a credit for the second, since I’m already booked for Friday.
       ii. If a Friday make-up is rained out and moved to the following Friday, and one of my regular classes the following week is also rained out, I’ll receive a credit — because I’m already registered for the rescheduled Friday class.

3. Availability and Payment

   • I have selected all the days I am available for this month.

   • If I can’t attend a class I’ve registered for, I will use the reschedule link in my confirmation email to move it to another day. I understand that if I miss a class or fail to reschedule at least two hours before it begins, I won’t be eligible for a make- up class, credit, or refund, and I’m still responsible for the full payment.

   • All payments are non-refundable.

4. Acknowledgment of Risk

   • I understand that tennis involves physical activity and potential risk of injury. The academy is not liable for any injuries, and I waive my right to sue the business.
